- • Serve as a Field Representative for Lexia, building trusted relationships with principals, instructional coaches, and teacher leaders in K–12 schools across assigned territories including New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, or South Central U.S.
- • Drive school-level sales by identifying expansion opportunities, acquiring new school customers, and securing renewals aligned with district-wide strategies.
- • Support the successful implementation and adoption of Lexia’s literacy solutions by partnering with district implementation teams to translate district priorities into actionable school-level plans.
- • Identify and address barriers to usage of Lexia products, helping schools achieve fidelity of implementation and measurable improvements in student literacy outcomes.
- • Gather, document, and share success stories and case studies that demonstrate the impact of Lexia solutions on student achievement.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all school engagements, opportunities, and activities within Salesforce.
- • Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Professional Learning teams to align school-level support, training, and professional development efforts.
- • Participate in school-level meetings, professional development sessions, and regional showcases to model effective usage of Lexia tools and reinforce educator buy-in.
- • Represent Lexia at school events, literacy fairs, and educator conferences as a trusted partner for literacy improvement.
- • Conduct frequent in-person visits to assigned schools, with travel expected up to 80% including overnight stays, supplemented by virtual engagement between visits.
- • Advocate for Lexia’s literacy solutions by communicating their alignment with the Science of Reading and evidence-based instructional practices.
- • Monitor and report on competitive products in use at schools to inform territory strategy and product positioning.
- • Ensure consistent communication with school staff through regular touchpoints to sustain engagement and usage of Lexia products.
- • Utilize Salesforce, MS Office, Google Suite, and video conferencing tools to manage pipeline, track progress, and conduct virtual meetings with camera on.
- • Adhere to company policies prohibiting the use of AI-powered tools, reference materials, or note-taking aids during interviews or selection activities unless pre-approved by the People Experience team.
- • Maintain a reliable broadband internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload for remote work and virtual engagement.
