- • Foster and build relationships with existing customers post-sale to identify upsell opportunities for ServiceTitan’s Pro Product add-on features through outbound prospecting, outreach, discovery calls, and product demonstrations.
- • Develop a deep understanding of customers’ business needs, growth opportunities, and pain points to effectively upsell the suite of Pro Product features and drive higher adoption and utilization.
- • Serve as the voice of the customer by collaborating with Solution Engineers to incorporate customer feedback into product prioritization and improve the overall product experience.
- • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets by building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline and consistently closing deals for Pro Product upgrades.
- • Negotiate mutually beneficial customer agreements and contracts to ensure successful adoption of new modules and features.
- • Work closely with the Pro Onboarding team, Pro Adoption Team, and Customer Success team to ensure customers are fully utilizing Pro Products to maximize value.
- • Accurately assess and forecast sales activity and revenue goals using data-driven insights and pipeline management.
- • Conduct product demonstrations and communicate the value proposition of ServiceTitan’s Pro offerings to customers, including C-suite executives.
- • Maintain strong alignment with Product teams to relay customer insights and influence future feature development based on real-world usage patterns.
- • Proactively identify and pursue upsell opportunities across a portfolio of multiple products and services within the ServiceTitan ecosystem.
🎯 Requirements
- • +2-3 years of experience in sales in a quota-carrying role
- • +1-2 years of closing experience in a SaaS/Software role strongly preferred
- • Consultative sales approach towards cold prospecting, up-selling, demoing, negotiating, and communicating value proposition is strongly preferred
- • Responsible for upselling a suite of multiple products/services to external customers up to C Suite
- • Connection and/or experience to the home services or construction industry is valued
- • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Salesforce a plus
