- • As an Account Executive, Product Sales (BaaS) at Stripe, you will drive revenue growth and new client acquisition for Stripe’s Banking-as-a-Service products, including Issuing, Capital, and Treasury, by engaging with SMBs, startups, and digital natives.
- • You will create territory plans, lead outbound outreach, build executive-level relationships, and lead in-depth product discussions with prospects and customers to develop a qualified pipeline and close complex deals.
- • You will collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and GTM teams to synthesize customer feedback, inform product roadmap, and co-develop go-to-market playbooks that align with customer needs.
- • You will serve as a trusted advisor and internal/external expert on BaaS products, contributing to Stripe’s growth strategy while operating with autonomy, analytical thinking, and a self-starter mindset in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of customer-facing experience at a leading technology or payments company with a track record of top performance
- • Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders
- • Proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with cross-functional business partners
- • Self-starter capable of operating independently to drive meaningful business results
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple stakeholders
