- • Manage internal sales, marketing, and account service processes for a dedicated book of business within the Professional & Cyber Solutions (PCS) team
- • Assist CAC producers and account executives on new and renewal business for eligible PCS clients and prospects
- • Assume primary responsibility for client service for a dedicated book of business within PCS
- • Retain and grow the book of business by achieving new business and retention goals
- • Review existing program policies and coverage for current clients to ensure accuracy and adequacy
- • Demonstrate proficiency in building layered insurance programs tailored to client needs
- • Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts to support overall client service and satisfaction
- • Develop and sustain relationships with carrier representatives to stay current on new products, procedural changes, and market trends
- • Attend seminars, classes, and carrier meetings to remain informed about new insurance products and market developments
- • Assist with renewal meetings by presenting results and insights to established client contacts
- • Coordinate with Cybeta, the data and analytics partner, to prepare cyber threat intelligence and limit recommendation analysis for clients
- • Participate in client meetings and lead meetings when required
- • Engage in prospect presentation meetings to support new business development
- • Prepare new business and renewal submissions for marketing, including sending and processing complete submissions to the insurance market
- • Oversee the implementation process for placed insurance programs
- • Analyze quotes for accuracy and prepare detailed comparisons of all received quotes
- • Assist in data analysis to determine optimal program structure options
- • Review documents issued by insurance companies for accuracy and submit corrections when necessary
- • Understand and interpret complex financial analysis and claims data to inform insurance recommendations
- • Conduct vendor contract reviews and provide guidance on insurance requirements within contractual agreements
- • Assist in supervising support staff to ensure efficient workflow management and team productivity
- • Perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives and client service standards
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree required
- • State-specific insurance license required
- • 1-5+ years of relevant work experience preferred
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Strong multitasking and time management skills
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher)
