📋 Description
- • The Account Executive - Regional Accounts drives new business and renewals across Autodesk’s full portfolio in key accounts within the UAE region, directly contributing to revenue growth and market expansion by meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and executing account-based business plans, identifying customer business initiatives, managing sales pipelines, collaborating with internal teams and channel partners, delivering client presentations, and maintaining accurate sales forecasts through disciplined opportunity management.
- • Autodesk is a global leader in design and make technology, empowering innovators across architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing, and media to turn ideas into reality through software that shapes a more sustainable and innovative world.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in enterprise sales within the AECO industry, master complex solution selling, build executive-level relationships, and develop strategic account plans that drive long-term customer value and career advancement in a high-impact, globally recognized technology organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience (5+ years) of exceeding sales quota in the assigned territory
- • Software selling into the AECO industry is an advantage
- • Fluent English
- • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- • Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and demonstrate robust industry knowledge
- • Proven experience of managing and growing a portfolio of midmarket accounts in a complex business solutions environment
- • Strong executive selling and relationship experience
