Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through strategic prospecting is crucial, as is developing and executing sales strategies tailored to ideal customer profiles. Effective lead qualification will help prioritize high-value opportunities, while clearly and compellingly addressing client questions and presenting platform value propositions will be key to converting prospects into active accounts through a consultative selling approach, consistently achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- • **Client Relationship Management & Onboarding (25%):** Building strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers, including administrators, directors, and hiring managers, is paramount. You will onboard new clients by assisting them in creating and activating their accounts, guiding new users through the initial setup, and ensuring they achieve their first key milestones. Presenting customized solutions that directly address specific client needs and pain points, and providing exceptional client support throughout the sales journey, are essential. You will also follow up with accounts that haven't completed onboarding to drive engagement and revenue, and cultivate lasting partnerships that lead to renewals, expansions, and referrals, acting as a trusted advisor who understands client business objectives and challenges.
- • **Product Demonstrations & Solution Presentations (20%):** This requires developing an in-depth understanding of the company's platforms, features, and value propositions. You will conduct compelling product demonstrations that effectively showcase platform capabilities, communicating value through engaging presentations, demos, and proposals. Tailoring demonstrations to address specific client use cases and requirements, handling objections professionally, and providing solutions that address concerns are critical. You must articulate complex technical concepts in accessible, business-focused language, showcasing ROI and business impact through data-driven presentations, and staying current on product updates, new features, and competitive positioning.
- • **Pipeline Management & Performance Tracking (15%):** Maintaining a robust sales pipeline that accurately tracks all opportunities from lead to close is vital. You will manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently using strong organizational systems and track activities, progress, and outcomes accurately in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce. Reporting on sales performance, including conversion rates, deal velocity, and revenue metrics, and forecasting revenue accurately based on pipeline health and historical conversion data are key responsibilities. Prioritizing opportunities based on deal size, likelihood to close, and strategic value, while maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and account status, and analyzing pipeline metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities, will ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
