  • • As an Account Executive (Retail) at Lightspeed Commerce Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving growth for NuOrder, the company’s wholesale eCommerce SaaS platform serving the fashion, apparel, footwear, and outdoor industries. You will be responsible for acquiring new brand clients across EMEA, leveraging Lightspeed’s extensive network of over 4,000 brands and 500,000 retailers to expand market penetration and revenue in a high-growth, innovative commerce ecosystem.
  • • You will own the full sales lifecycle — from strategic prospecting and outreach to discovery, demonstration, negotiation, and closing — while maintaining accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting in Salesforce. Your success will directly contribute to Lightspeed’s mission of powering global commerce through inclusive, innovative technology, supported by a company founded on LGBTQ+ inclusion and committed to equity and belonging.
  • • You will join a dynamic, fast-paced NuOrder sales team within Lightspeed’s EMEA operations, collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term partnership success.
  • • This role offers significant professional growth: you will deepen your expertise in enterprise SaaS sales, refine consultative selling techniques for C-level and VP-level stakeholders, master complex sales cycles in the wholesale fashion vertical, and develop advanced skills in pipeline management, negotiation, and CRM-driven forecasting — all while working in a flexible, remote-first environment with global mobility opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record of success generating pipeline through outbound prospecting tactics using phone, email, social media, and networking events
  • • 3-4 years of full-cycle sales experience selling SaaS technology solutions, preferably in wholesale, fashion, retail, or adjacent B2B industries
  • • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to present and negotiate effectively with C-level and VP-level executives
  • • Naturally curious, self-starting mindset with resilience in fast-paced, competitive environments and a consistent history of exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • • Experience navigating complex organisational structures and building lasting relationships with multi-stakeholder buying committees
  • • Fluency in English (required); French or Italian language skills considered a strong asset
  • • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for industry events, client meetings, and team collaborations
