📋 Description
- • As a Solutions Engineer for Global Payroll at Deel, you will partner directly with the Global Payroll go-to-market and internal teams to support prospective clients in exploring Deel’s Global Payroll offering, playing an essential role in showcasing value and credibility within the platform.
- • Day to day, you will work hand-in-hand with Global Sales Teams to deliver technical wins, consult with prospective customers to assess their current payroll practices and identify areas for improvement and optimization, act as the technical voice during sales cycles by owning solution discovery, RFP responses, platform demonstrations, and integration workshops, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to advocate for prospect needs, accelerate deal velocity, and refine value messaging.
- • You will be part of a globally distributed team of over 7,000 people across more than 100 countries, speaking 74 languages, at Deel—the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams that combines HRIS, payroll, compliance, benefits, performance, and equipment management into one seamless platform, backed by a $17.3 billion valuation and $1B in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in just over five years.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global payroll legislation, trends, and best practices, gain hands-on experience with HCM and ERP integrations (especially Workday and SuccessFactors), sharpen your consultative and presentation skills, and build a career as a sought-after leader in the transformation of global work while impacting millions of working lives worldwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant
- • Previous experience working for a Global Payroll or HCM organisation
- • A background and understanding of best in class HCM and ERP payroll based integration, especially Workday and SuccessFactors
- • Outstanding presentational skills, always focusing on value (multilingual capability is a bonus)
- • Willingness to travel inside and outside of territory (~10% or less)
- • Entrepreneurial DNA with a positive, can-do attitude
