📋 Description

  • • Serve as a Commercial Account Executive responsible for driving enterprise SaaS sales across the Nordics region, with a primary focus on Stockholm and surrounding markets.
  • • Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise prospects through outbound and community-driven prospecting strategies in the technology sector.
  • • Own end-to-end sales cycles from initial outreach to closing deals, leveraging deep understanding of Workato’s iPaaS and AI orchestration platform.
  • • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with business partners and VARs (Value-Added Resellers) to expand market reach and drive co-selling opportunities.
  • • Utilize Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to track, manage, and optimize prospect engagement and sales activities.
  • • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through disciplined execution, strategic planning, and relentless follow-up.
  • • Operate with autonomy to design and implement sales strategies tailored to the Nordic market, rather than following a rigid, pre-defined playbook.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align messaging, identify upsell opportunities, and enhance customer retention.
  • • Demonstrate resilience and tenacity in navigating complex enterprise sales environments, overcoming objections, and closing high-value deals.
  • • Maintain a strong moral compass and ethical approach in all customer interactions, ensuring trust and integrity in every business relationship.
  • • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously with exceptional time management skills, balancing prospecting, demos, negotiations, and account management.
  • • Act as a builder and entrepreneur within the organization, contributing to the growth of Workato’s presence in the Nordics by creating new processes and shaping the regional sales strategy.
  • • Engage with C-level and technical stakeholders to articulate the value of Workato’s platform in unifying data, applications, and AI workflows across enterprise environments.
  • • Represent Workato at industry events, partner meetings, and community forums to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive landscape, market trends, and evolving customer needs in the enterprise automation and SaaS space.
  • • Embody a hunter mentality, proactively seeking new opportunities rather than relying on inbound leads or existing pipelines.
  • • Foster a collaborative, energetic team culture while maintaining individual accountability for performance and results.
