  • Your primary responsibility will be to provide critical support to the sales team, enabling them to maximize their performance and drive revenue growth across our extensive network of 130+ markets.
  • You will be at the forefront of enhancing sales productivity by managing and refining the tools, systems, and workflows that underpin our sales operations.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our CRM system, Salesforce, ensuring that all sales data is up-to-date, relevant, and actionable for strategic decision-making.
  • You will play a key role in the development and implementation of sales processes, policies, and procedures, contributing to a more cohesive and high-performing sales organization.
  • A significant aspect of your role will involve generating insightful reports and dashboards that provide visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
