- • As an Enterprise Account Executive for EMEA at Ironclad, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by selling the company’s AI-powered contract lifecycle management platform to large enterprises across the UK and broader EMEA region. This role is critical to Ironclad’s mission of transforming contracts from static documents into strategic assets that accelerate business outcomes, and your success will directly contribute to the company’s expansion in one of its most important international markets.
- • You will own the full sales cycle for complex enterprise deals, from initial prospecting and needs discovery through solution presentation, negotiation, and closing, with a focus on selling SaaS solutions in the $100k–$1M+ ARR range to Fortune 2000 companies and other high-value targets in the legal, corporate, and regulated industries.
- • Day to day, you will prospect and qualify leads through targeted outreach, conduct executive-level discovery calls to uncover business pain points, deliver tailored product demonstrations and value-based presentations, manage complex multi-stakeholder negotiations, and forecast and track pipeline activity with precision to meet or exceed quarterly quotas.
- • You will collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, product, and legal teams to ensure seamless handoffs, gather customer feedback for product improvement, and contribute to account-based marketing strategies and customer advocacy programs that extend beyond the initial sale.
- • You will maintain deep product knowledge of Ironclad’s AI contracting platform, stay informed about industry trends in legal tech and contract management, and continuously refine your sales approach through coaching, feedback, and participation in internal enablement sessions and deal reviews.
- • You will represent Ironclad at industry events, webinars, and customer forums, acting as a trusted advisor who helps prospects understand how intelligent contracting can reduce risk, improve compliance, and unlock operational efficiency.
