- • As a NeuroPsych Account Specialist, you will drive product acceptance and growth for Neurocrine Biosciences’ neuroscience-focused treatments in a defined geographic territory, directly contributing to the company’s mission of relieving suffering for patients with neurological, neuroendocrine, and neuropsychiatric disorders.
- • Day to day, you will execute territory sales strategies through in-person and virtual engagements with healthcare providers, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including psychiatrists, neurologists, nurses, pharmacists, and payers, manage promotional resources and budgets, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as Medical Science Liaisons, Marketing, and Patient Access.
- • You will join a purpose-driven, inclusive culture at Neurocrine Biosciences, a biopharmaceutical leader with FDA-approved treatments for conditions like tardive dyskinesia and Huntington’s disease chorea, and a robust pipeline targeting underserved patient populations, where your work supports brave science and meaningful patient impact.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in specialty pharmaceutical sales, strengthen your ability to navigate complex healthcare environments, enhance your strategic account management and cross-functional collaboration skills, and grow as a trusted partner in advancing access to life-changing therapies.
🎯 Requirements
- • BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical, LTC, psychology, or neurology sales (or Master’s degree AND 2+ years of similar experience)
- • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives and launch success in complex environments
- • Proficiency with salesforce automation and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP, Veeva)
- • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and enforcement environments
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to navigate complex accounts across varied care sites
- • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must reside within the assigned geographic territory
