📋 Description
- • As an SDR Inbound Germany at Lexroom.ai, you will be the primary evangelist for the product in the DACH region, playing a critical role in scaling the company’s presence among legal professionals by managing inbound leads and driving early-stage sales engagement.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include becoming a product expert, conducting discovery calls with inbound leads, scheduling demos for Account Executives, and leading lead-generation and nurturing initiatives tailored to the German legal market to build a healthy sales pipeline.
- • Lexroom.ai is a fast-growing legal AI scale-up trusted by thousands of legal professionals across Europe, backed by top-tier investors and driven by a mission to make the law faster, clearer, and more reliable through disciplined innovation and rigorous product development.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in legal tech sales, sharpen your CRM and pipeline management skills using HubSpot, gain exposure to high-impact go-to-market strategies, and position yourself for rapid career growth in a culture that rewards ownership, curiosity, and execution.
🎯 Requirements
- • 0–2 years of experience in a sales or similar role
- • Native-level fluency in German and professional proficiency in English
- • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM for pipeline management, lead tracking, and sales reporting
- • Go-getter mentality with curiosity to learn and eagerness to grow with a fast-moving scale-up
- • Optional but preferred: legal background or strong understanding of the German legal landscape
