- • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Growth at Panoptyc, Inc., you will be the engine of outbound growth, targeting key decision-makers in retail and grocery sectors to generate qualified discovery calls and build a consistent pipeline of enterprise and mid-market opportunities.
- • You will own the top of the sales funnel by executing high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calling, emailing, social selling), qualifying leads, setting high-quality meetings for Account Executives, and gathering market intelligence to refine the Ideal Customer Profile.
- • Panoptyc is a fully remote, rapidly growing team revolutionizing loss prevention using visual AI and manual reviewers to help retailers detect theft across over 15,000 U.S. markets, serving clients from Fortune 500 giants to local businesses.
- • In this role, you will develop resilience, systematic thinking, and advanced outbound sales skills while learning to navigate complex organizations, handle objections with poise, and iterate quickly based on market feedback—positioning yourself for growth in enterprise sales.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–2 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales (SaaS experience preferred)
- • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity metrics and qualified meeting quotas
- • Experience navigating complex organizations to reach decision-makers
- • Comfortable making 60+ cold calls a day
- • Strong HubSpot hygiene and appointment setting
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with concise and action-oriented emails
