- • As an Account Executive, Small Business (Growth Specialist) for India, you will be a pivotal member of HubSpot's dynamic and highly successful Sales Team, based in Bengaluru. Your primary mission will be to drive growth within the small business segment by proactively identifying and closing new business opportunities, while also nurturing and expanding existing customer relationships to increase their utilization of the HubSpot platform.
- • You will operate as a trusted advisor and business consultant, leveraging your expertise in digital transformation and change management to guide small businesses through their growth journeys. This involves managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless and valuable experience for each prospect and customer.
- • A core responsibility is to consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas for both new business acquisition and expansion within the existing customer base. This requires a strategic approach to pipeline management and a deep understanding of customer needs.
- • You will actively seek out new prospects through a combination of inbound leads generated by HubSpot's marketing efforts and self-sourced opportunities, demonstrating initiative and a proactive sales mindset.
- • Conducting qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders will be a regular part of your role, requiring strong communication and persuasive skills to articulate the value proposition of HubSpot's solutions.
