- • Manage a designated geographical territory or country within the EMEA market, focusing on acquiring new SMB clients and expanding existing accounts up to 1,000 employees.
- • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and networking, utilizing the formalized MEDDPPICC sales process.
- • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas by consistently driving new business growth and meeting outbound activity targets including calls, emails, and meetings.
- • Upsell and cross-sell 1Password’s Extended Access Management platform to existing customers by identifying expansion opportunities within their current usage and needs.
- • Engage in customer-facing activities including in-person meetings, industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent 1Password, build brand presence, and generate new opportunities.
- • Develop and present value-based solutions to decision-makers and stakeholders, translating complex cybersecurity concepts—particularly in Identity and Access Management—into accessible business outcomes.
- • Create mutual action plans with prospects to align on responsibilities, steps, and timelines for closing deals, ensuring clear next steps and accountability.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with BDRs, Solutions, Channels, Onboarding, and Customer Success teams to optimize client engagement and uncover growth opportunities within accounts.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting, and pacing against targets.
- • Stay informed on cybersecurity trends, especially in Identity and Access Management, to effectively position 1Password’s solutions and respond to evolving customer needs.
- • Utilize AI tools daily for real-time coaching, insight surfacing, and workflow efficiency to enhance customer interactions and accelerate deal velocity.
- • Travel within your assigned territory and occasionally outside of it to support client meetings and industry events; manage your schedule to balance field engagement with remote work.
- • Participate in an in-person onboarding in Toronto, Canada, as required for all go-to-market roles.
- • Operate in a remote-first environment with a home office as your primary work location, while maintaining high levels of self-motivation, discipline, and collaboration in a distributed team.
- • Embrace feedback, adapt quickly, and continuously improve through coaching and performance reviews in a fast-paced, high-expectation culture.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity with a focus on SMB or Mid Market accounts, OR a top-performing BDR with outbound experience ready to step into an AE role.
- • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs in a field-based sales environment.
- • Experience owning a geographical territory or country within the EMEA region.
- • Demonstrated ability to prospect, build pipeline, conduct value-based selling, and manage territory planning with rigor in forecasting and pacing.
- • Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts and ability to articulate complex cybersecurity solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- • Proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach (preferred).
