  • • As an Account Executive for the Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) segment in the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region, you will be at the forefront of driving sales growth and expanding Deel's client base.   • • You will be responsible for representing and articulating the comprehensive value proposition of Deel's all-in-one payroll and HR platform to prospective clients and existing customers. This involves deeply understanding their current operational pain points and future growth strategies to showcase how Deel can revolutionize their global payroll, HR, compliance, and benefits management.
  • • A core aspect of your role will be to proactively build and nurture robust relationships with potential clients and existing customers. This strategic engagement will not only drive immediate sales but also create fertile ground for identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling Deel's extensive suite of services, thereby maximizing customer lifetime value.
  • • You will conduct thorough research into potential clients, meticulously qualifying their requirements to ensure Deel's solutions are a perfect fit. This involves understanding their business model, industry, employee distribution, and specific HR and payroll needs to tailor compelling proposals and demonstrations.
  • • Collaboration is key. You will work in close partnership with Deel's Sales Development Representative (SDR) team, contributing to strategic planning and ensuring the maintenance of an accurate, healthy, and robust sales pipeline. This synergy is crucial for consistent lead generation and conversion.
  • • Your role extends to fostering ongoing communication and building strong relationships with key internal stakeholders across various departments, including Marketing, Customer Success, and Senior Leadership. This cross-functional collaboration ensures a cohesive customer experience and alignment on business objectives.
  • • Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the CRM system is paramount. You will be responsible for diligently updating prospect and customer information, tracking sales activities, and managing your pipeline within the CRM to provide clear visibility into sales performance and forecasting.
  • • You will actively participate in industry events, both virtually and in person, within the HR Tech, FinTech, and Payroll ecosystems. This engagement is vital for building your professional network, staying abreast of market trends, and generating new business leads.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the SMB market landscape in ANZ, including its unique regulatory environment and business needs. 🎯 Requirements
