  • • Your role as an Account Executive will be multifaceted and critical to our continued success. You will be responsible for managing a designated list of prospective and existing SMB accounts, cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders from C-suite executives to HR managers and finance leaders. Your primary objective will be to identify and develop new business opportunities, as well as to strategically expand our footprint within existing accounts. This involves leading the entire sales process, from initial prospecting and in-depth discovery calls to presenting tailored solutions and skillfully negotiating contracts to close deals. You will be the trusted advisor for businesses looking to navigate the complexities of global hiring and payroll.
  • • Deel's platform is a game-changer for businesses of all sizes, offering a comprehensive suite of tools that include HRIS, payroll, compliance, benefits administration, performance management, and equipment management. As an Account Executive, you will masterfully communicate Deel’s unique value proposition, highlighting how our AI-powered tools and fully owned payroll infrastructure simplify international employment, ensure compliance across 150+ countries, and enable businesses to scale smarter and faster. You will be adept at understanding the specific challenges and aspirations of SMBs in the APAC region and crafting compelling proposals that address their unique needs.
  • • Maintaining an active and healthy sales pipeline is paramount. This will be achieved through a combination of proactive outbound prospecting, effectively managing inbound leads generated by our marketing efforts, and nurturing ongoing client engagement. You will work collaboratively with a network of internal Deel experts, including Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Customer Success Managers, Product Specialists, Marketing teams, Sales Operations, and Legal counsel. This cross-functional teamwork is essential to ensure that client needs are met efficiently and that every customer experiences a seamless and positive journey with Deel.
  • • Accuracy and discipline in managing your sales activities are crucial. You will be expected to prepare accurate sales forecasts, maintain meticulous CRM data, and keep all account details, activities, opportunities, and pipeline information up-to-date. Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to consistently meet or exceed ambitious monthly and yearly revenue targets. Beyond closing deals, you will also serve as a vital conduit for market intelligence, providing valuable feedback on customer needs, emerging market trends, and potential product enhancements to our internal stakeholders, thereby contributing to Deel's continuous innovation and strategic direction.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and successfully managing full B2B sales cycles, with relevant experience in SaaS sales.
  • • Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with clients, navigate multi-stakeholder environments, and effectively communicate complex value propositions.
  • • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate the benefits of Deel's platform to diverse audiences.
  • • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, customer-centric selling) is a strong plus.
  • • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales processes; ability to manage pipeline and forecasting with discipline.
