As a rapidly growing SaaS company with a significant global footprint, we are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive, SMB, to join our dynamic team in Singapore and spearhead our sales efforts within the Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) segment across the ASEAN region.
  • • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with prospective clients, and demonstrating the unparalleled value of Deel's comprehensive platform. You will be responsible for understanding the unique challenges and needs of SMBs in the ASEAN market and tailoring Deel's solutions to address them effectively. Your success will directly contribute to Deel's ambitious growth objectives and our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional value and support to our clients.
  • • You will act as a trusted advisor, representing and articulating the core benefits of Deel's platform, including its HRIS, payroll, compliance, benefits, and equipment management capabilities. This involves conducting thorough research into potential clients' business operations, identifying key decision-makers, and understanding their specific pain points related to global hiring, payroll, and HR management. By deeply understanding their requirements, you will be able to present Deel as the ideal solution to streamline their operations and foster international growth.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve building and nurturing robust relationships with prospects and existing customers. This proactive engagement will not only drive new business acquisition but also create opportunities for cross-selling and upselling Deel's advanced features and services. You will be expected to maintain a consistent and engaging communication cadence, ensuring that clients feel supported and informed throughout their journey with Deel.
  • • Collaboration is key to success at Deel. You will work closely with our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to strategize lead generation efforts, qualify incoming leads, and ensure a consistently healthy and robust sales pipeline. Furthermore, you will foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Customer Success, and Senior Leadership teams. This cross-functional collaboration is essential for aligning sales strategies with broader company goals, sharing market insights, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact through to ongoing support.
  • • Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date CRM system is a critical responsibility. You will meticulously record all sales activities, prospect interactions, and pipeline updates, ensuring data integrity for effective forecasting and strategic planning. This discipline allows for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of our sales processes.
  • • To further enhance your understanding of the market and build valuable connections, you will be expected to attend relevant industry events within the HR Tech, FinTech, and Payroll ecosystems across the ASEAN region. These events provide invaluable opportunities to network with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers, staying abreast of market trends and competitive landscapes.
