- • As an Account Executive, SMB for Australia/New Zealand at Remote Technologies Inc., you will be at the forefront of driving net new business and expanding our market presence within the vibrant SMB sector across Australia and New Zealand.
- • This is a pure hunting role, demanding a proactive and results-oriented approach to identify, engage, and convert prospective customers into loyal clients who leverage Remote's comprehensive Global HR Platform.
- • You will be instrumental in helping businesses of all sizes navigate the complexities of global employment compliantly, enabling them to recruit, pay, and manage international teams with unparalleled ease and efficiency.
- • Your primary objective will be to meet and exceed ambitious sales quotas by managing the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation through to closing deals and ensuring a seamless handover for ongoing customer success.
- • You will be responsible for self-generating leads through a variety of channels, including direct outreach via telephone, virtual and in-person interactions, strategic networking, and participation in industry events.
- • A key aspect of this role involves building and maintaining a robust pipeline of high-velocity opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely progression of deals through the sales funnel.

🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrated success in initiating and converting prospects, closing deals, and achieving sales quotas, specifically for net new logos.
- • Proven experience selling into the Australia/New Zealand market is essential; experience selling into other APAC markets is a strong plus.
- • Ability to confidently make outbound calls to build and manage a sales pipeline.
- • Strong track record of success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers.
- • Excellent problem identification and objection resolution skills, with the ability to handle complex commercial and pricing objections.
- • Proficiency in using a full sales tech stack, including LinkedIn, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, Outreach, and Clari.
- • Business fluency in English is essential.
