  • Solink Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Account Executive to join our rapidly expanding SMB Sales team, focusing specifically on the regulated cannabis market. This is a permanent, full-time position based in our Ottawa or Toronto office, offering a hybrid work model. As an Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth by introducing Solink's innovative cloud-based platform to licensed cannabis retailers and operators. Your primary objective will be to help these businesses enhance security, reduce loss, and gain real-time operational insights, ensuring compliance in a dynamic and highly regulated industry.
  • You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation to conducting compelling product demonstrations, negotiating terms, and ultimately closing deals. This role demands a proactive and self-driven individual who thrives on building strong client relationships and consistently exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate possesses a natural ability to identify customer pain points and articulate how Solink's unique value proposition can address them, transforming video security into actionable operational intelligence.
  • Prospecting will involve a strategic and targeted approach, identifying and engaging with potential clients who would significantly benefit from Solink's solutions. This includes leveraging market knowledge to pinpoint key players within the cannabis retail sector. You will be expected to manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities through effective lead nurturing and follow-up.
  • A core component of this role is delivering high-impact demonstrations of Solink's platform. This requires a deep understanding of the product's capabilities and the ability to tailor presentations to the specific needs and challenges of each prospective client.
