- • You will own the entire sales lifecycle, from initial outreach and lead generation to conducting compelling product demonstrations, navigating legal checks, negotiating terms, and ultimately closing deals.
- • A key aspect of this position involves managing a high volume of deals concurrently, requiring exceptional organizational skills and the ability to maintain momentum across multiple prospects.
- • You will cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with prospects, understanding their unique compensation challenges and positioning Ravio's innovative data platform as the optimal solution.
- • Become a subject matter expert in compensation trends and challenges faced by modern tech companies, leveraging this knowledge to influence Ravio's product roadmap and marketing strategies.
- • Collaborate closely with the wider Commercial team, including Sales Managers and Marketing, to develop and execute territory-specific growth plans.
- • Work hand-in-hand with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless handover of new clients and to contribute to their long-term success and satisfaction with Ravio.
