- ⢠As an Account Executive focused on small and growing lawn service businesses, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities within the SMB segment. Your work directly supports WorkWaveās mission to empower mobile service professionals with innovative software and fintech solutions that streamline operations from customer acquisition to billing and payments.
- ⢠Day to day, you will prospect and qualify leads through cold outreach, inbound inquiries, and partner referrals; conduct consultative sales conversations to understand customer pain points; deliver tailored product demonstrations of WorkWaveās platform, including the new Wavelytics AI-powered analytics suite and integrated payments features; negotiate and close deals; maintain accurate pipeline forecasts in CRM; and collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.

šÆ Requirements
- ⢠Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably selling software or SaaS solutions to small and medium-sized businesses
- ⢠Strong consultative selling skills with ability to understand customer needs and position solutions effectively
- ⢠Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management and forecasting
- ⢠Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- ⢠Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- ⢠Familiarity with field service industries (e.g., lawn care, pest control, cleaning) is a plus
