- • Engage with prospects who have shown interest in UiPath through marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and other activities as the first point of contact in the sales funnel.
- • Qualify leads by assessing their potential and readiness for a sales conversation, gathering insights into their needs, challenges, and interest in UiPath’s automation solutions.
- • Initiate and maintain conversations with prospects using phone calls, emails, and other communication channels, combining both inbound and outbound outreach strategies.
- • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads, providing detailed context and insights gathered during the qualification process.
- • Accurately update and maintain all prospect interactions, activities, and notes in the CRM system to ensure data integrity and sales team alignment.
- • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, qualification volume, and conversion metrics.
- • Provide actionable feedback to the marketing team on campaign effectiveness, lead quality, and messaging resonance to optimize future marketing efforts.
- • Stay current with UiPath’s product offerings, industry trends in automation and enterprise software, and evolving best practices in B2B sales and marketing.
- • Operate with UiPath’s core values—humble, bold, immersed, and fast—integrating them into daily interactions and decision-making.
- • Work independently and proactively while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic team.
- • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a high-volume, rapidly changing environment with minimal supervision.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of the sales process, from initial outreach through lead qualification, ensuring alignment with overall revenue goals.
- • Utilize sales and marketing tools, including CRM platforms, to track performance, manage pipelines, and report on key metrics.
- • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate complex automation concepts to diverse prospect profiles.
- • Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders across various industries and organizational levels, fostering trust and credibility from first contact.
