  • • As an Account Executive, SMB for Southeast Asia at Remote Technologies Inc., you will be at the forefront of driving net new business and expanding our market presence within the dynamic APAC region. This pivotal role is designed for a driven sales professional who thrives on identifying and converting prospects into long-term clients, directly contributing to Remote's mission of simplifying global employment for businesses of all sizes. You will leverage your expertise to help prospective and active customers fully experience our Global HR Platform, ensuring they understand how to maximize Remote’s comprehensive suite of products to meet their unique employment needs.   • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the full sales cycle, from meticulously identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through proactive outreach, to skillfully managing the entire sales motion from prospecting to closing deals. You will be responsible for self-generating leads by making confident calls to build pipeline, contacting prospective customers via telephone, virtual or premise visits, networking, and engaging in industry events. A significant part of your role will involve presenting Remote’s suite of services to prospective and existing customers, clearly articulating the value proposition and tailoring solutions to meet their specific business needs. You will own the customer relationship from the initial sale through to business completion, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. This includes understanding the communication needs of small and mid-sized business customers and designing bespoke solutions. You will be expected to create 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates, maintaining a clean and current pipeline of high-velocity opportunities. Efficiently presenting information, proactively answering client questions, and following up promptly are crucial. You will also collaborate internally with key departments to ensure a smooth client process and exceptional customer experience, closing sales deals efficiently while kindly guiding clients through the entire process.

  • • This is a pure hunting role focused on driving net new business for Remote, requiring a demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and consistently achieve sales quotas. Your success will be measured by your ability to acquire new logos, particularly within Australia/New Zealand/Japan, with experience in other APAC markets being a significant advantage. You will need to be confident in making calls to build pipeline and adept at qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers. A strong aptitude for problem identification and objection resolution, especially concerning complex commercial and pricing objections, is essential. You should possess a solid understanding of sales processes and be proficient in using a comprehensive tech stack including LinkedIn, Salesforce, Zoominfo, LeadIQ, Outreach, and Clari. The ability to leverage operational and sales playbooks to effectively push deals through the sales cycle is critical. Previous sales hunting experience or related SaaS sales experience is highly preferred. A deep understanding of Remote’s services and its industry position is required, alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills. Business fluency in English is a mandatory requirement for this role.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals and achieve sales quotas, specifically for net new logos. Experience selling into Australia/ New Zealand/ Japan is essential, and selling to other additional APAC markets is preferable.
  • • Ability to confidently make calls to build pipeline and success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
  • • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills, including ability to handle complex commercial and pricing objections.
  • • Strong knowledge of sales processes and strong knowledge and abilities in using full tech stack (LI, Salesforce, Zoominfo, LeadIQ, Outreach, Clari, etc).
  • • Previous sales hunting experience, or related SaaS sales experience preferred.
  • • Business fluency in English is essential.
