- • As an Account Executive, SMB for Southeast Asia at Remote Technologies Inc., you will be at the forefront of enabling businesses to navigate the complexities of global employment. Your role is pivotal in driving net new business and ensuring that prospective and active customers fully leverage our comprehensive Global HR Platform. You will be instrumental in helping companies expand their reach by managing international teams compliantly and efficiently, embodying Remote's core values of innovation and transparency.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the full sales cycle, from identifying and generating new business opportunities to closing deals and exceeding sales quotas. This involves proactively reaching out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, virtual interactions, networking, and industry events, to build a robust pipeline. You will be adept at qualifying leads, understanding the unique needs of small and mid-sized businesses, and presenting Remote's suite of services as tailored solutions. A key aspect of your role will be to confidently handle objections, including complex commercial and pricing discussions, and to maintain detailed, accurate records of opportunities and close dates within our CRM system. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to onboarding and beyond, ensuring customer success.

You will also be tasked with nurturing relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations, addressing their concerns, and effectively overcoming objections related to pricing, features, and implementation. Maintaining a high-velocity pipeline with accurate forecasting will be crucial for your success, ensuring consistent revenue generation for the company. 🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas, specifically for net new logos, with essential experience selling into Australia/New Zealand/Japan and preferable experience in other APAC markets.
- • Strong knowledge and abilities in using a full tech stack including LinkedIn, Salesforce, Zoominfo, LeadIQ, Outreach, and Clari.
- • Business fluency in English is essential, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- • Previous sales hunting experience, or related SaaS sales experience, is preferred.
- • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills, including the ability to handle complex commercial and pricing objections.
