- • Own a defined SMB territory targeting companies with up to 1,000 employees, responsible for both new business acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
- • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and strategic account planning.
- • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales quotas and KPIs, including consistent outbound activity levels measured by calls, emails, and meetings.
- • Upsell Extended Access Management solutions to existing Enterprise Password Manager customers, identifying cross-sell opportunities within the current book of business.
- • Engage in multi-threaded relationships across client organizations to strengthen account health and drive adoption of 1Password’s Unified Access Management platform.
- • Present value-based solutions to C-suite executives, articulating how 1Password enhances security and productivity for SaaS and AI tool adoption.
- • Utilize Mutual Action Plans to align customer objectives with 1Password’s offerings and drive agreed-upon outcomes.
- • Demonstrate deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, particularly Identity and Access Management, to effectively communicate product value.
- • Maintain meticulous pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and sales pacing to ensure consistent progress toward targets.
- • Collaborate seamlessly with SDRs, Solutions Engineers, Onboarding, and Customer Success Managers to optimize client engagement and identify growth opportunities.
- • Leverage AI tools daily for real-time coaching, insight surfacing, and decision-making to enhance sales efficiency and customer interactions.
- • Operate independently in a remote setting while maintaining high performance and accountability.
- • Travel occasionally for department-wide offsites, quarterly meetings, and customer events held across Canada, the USA, and EMEA.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, with preference for security industry background
- • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs
- • Experience in upselling and cross-selling to both new and existing customers
- • Proficiency in strategic account planning, territory management, and value-based selling
- • Ability to articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, particularly in Identity and Access Management
- • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote setting
