  • • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving new business acquisition within the small to medium enterprise (SME) market, significantly contributing to Arctic Wolf's expansion and success in Sweden.
  • • You will own the responsibility for achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas by implementing a robust and measurable sales process tailored to the complexities of enterprise opportunities.
  • • Your primary focus will be on identifying and engaging net-new enterprise prospects through proactive discovery calls, cultivating strong relationships with partners, attending industry events, leveraging partner registrations, and conducting personal prospecting efforts.
  • • You will expertly manage a pipeline of 15-25 enterprise sales opportunities each quarter, adeptly navigating multiple sales cycles and competing customer priorities, while also nurturing long-term strategic accounts.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to deeply understand competitive offerings and articulate Arctic Wolf's unique differentiators, aligning our solutions with customer requirements and desired business outcomes.
  • • You will be responsible for effective opportunity qualification and strategic positioning within sales campaigns, ensuring a clear demonstration of how Arctic Wolf's platform and services best serve the needs of enterprise clients.
  • • Collaboration is central to success; you will work closely with internal lead generation resources to build and expand the business pipeline within your assigned territory.
  • • You will act as the primary point of contact for prospects, building strong rapport and trust, while simultaneously serving as the 'team quarterback' to ensure the sales process progresses smoothly and efficiently.
  • • This role demands exceptional internal collaboration, acting as the leading voice to coordinate efforts across various departments.
  • • You will lead weekly territory calls, fostering strong lines of communication and alignment between pre-sales engineering, marketing, channel partners, inside sales, and other business development resources.
  • • A critical component of your success will be your ability to translate complex technical concepts and financially-based business value reports into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-suite executives.
  • • You will leverage your existing strong reputation and partner network within the security and infrastructure reseller channel community to drive mutual success.
  • • Continuous learning is essential; you must develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of rapidly evolving technological landscapes, competitive offerings, and product advancements.
  • • This role requires strong collaboration and leadership skills, not only within your immediate sales team but also in cross-functional settings, with customers, and with reseller partners.
  • • You will be expected to work independently, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation, while also thriving as an integral part of a collaborative team environment.
