  • • As a Strategic Account Executive at Scribe, you will be at the forefront of driving significant growth and forging deep, lasting partnerships within Scribe’s most critical global enterprise accounts. This role is designed for a highly strategic and entrepreneurial individual who thrives on navigating complex organizational structures, identifying and shaping high-value opportunities, and closing transformative deals that establish a strong foundation for sustained, long-term expansion.
  • • You will own a meticulously defined and highly strategic book of business, focusing exclusively on companies with 10,000+ employees. Your primary objective will be to unlock new revenue streams and expand Scribe’s footprint across these massive organizations by understanding their unique challenges and demonstrating the profound value of Scribe Optimize, our AI-powered documentation and automation platform.
  • • This is a unique opportunity to act as a true builder. You will blend the sophisticated executive presence required of a strategic enterprise seller with the relentless, hands-on tenacity of a 0→1 operator. This involves working collaboratively across multiple departments, leveraging deep insights and creative problem-solving, and meticulously crafting bespoke go-to-market strategies tailored to the specific needs and complexities of each enterprise client.
  • • While Scribe is already a widely adopted tool, used by over 600,000 organizations globally, our penetration into the world’s largest enterprises is still in its nascent stages. In this role, you will play a pivotal and defining part in shaping how these colossal organizations adopt, scale, and ultimately realize the full, transformative potential of Scribe Optimize.
  • • Your responsibilities will extend to translating Scribe’s ambitious enterprise vision into tangible, actionable results. You will be entrusted with a dedicated portfolio of Fortune 1000 customers, with the mandate to drive both net-new logo acquisition and substantial expansion within existing accounts.
  • • You will engage directly with senior decision-makers, skillfully navigate intricate, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and foster seamless collaboration with internal teams to deliver measurable, impactful outcomes for both our customers and Scribe.
  • • Key activities will include developing and executing comprehensive strategic account plans designed to identify untapped whitespace, penetrate new departments, and foster deeper adoption across large, geographically dispersed organizations.
  • • You will lead complex, multi-threaded sales processes, adeptly aligning executive, operational, and technical stakeholders to build consensus and successfully close six-figure+ deals.
  • • Acting as a crucial cross-functional catalyst, you will partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to continuously refine and enhance Scribe Optimize’s value proposition and go-to-market strategies specifically for the enterprise segment.
  • • You will cultivate robust executive-to-executive relationships, working in tandem with Scribe’s leadership team and customer CxOs to ensure strategic alignment, foster advocacy, and drive mutual success.
  • • You will position yourself as a trusted advisor to CIOs, COOs, and other transformation leaders, guiding them in reimagining their operational efficiency, knowledge-sharing practices, and automation capabilities through the strategic implementation of Scribe.
  • • Diligent tracking and reporting on key business metrics, including Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth, expansion rates, and adoption levels within your account portfolio, will be essential for informing future go-to-market strategies and execution.
  • • You will actively contribute to the development and refinement of scalable enterprise sales motions, playing a key role as Scribe continues its aggressive expansion into global accounts.
  • • This role requires you to reside permanently within the United States, supporting our globally distributed team structure.
