  • • As a Strategic Account Executive at Airtable, you will be at the forefront of empowering global Fortune 500 organizations to revolutionize their business processes through our no-code app platform. This is a unique opportunity to act as a trusted business advisor, deeply understanding the distinct needs of each strategic account and guiding them to leverage Airtable for maximum business impact.
  • • You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and pipeline development to closing deals, leveraging both inbound leads and proactive outbound efforts. Your role is pivotal in driving adoption and expansion of the Airtable platform within these high-value accounts.
  • • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers across a diverse range of industries. Your ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels will be crucial for success.
  • • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for your assigned book of business. This involves identifying new opportunities, articulating the value proposition across various departments, and strategically building and expanding your influence within the client's organization.
  • • Drive expansion opportunities by identifying and pursuing new use cases across different business units. You will be tasked with crafting and delivering compelling narratives to C-level executives, including CIOs, showcasing the comprehensive, 'wall-to-wall' capabilities of Airtable as accounts mature.
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact and owner for complex, large-scale deals, managing them from inception to successful closure. This requires a strategic approach to understanding client needs and aligning Airtable's solutions accordingly.
  • • Effectively coordinate and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including legal, sales engineering, implementation specialists, and leadership, to ensure a seamless and successful sales process for your strategic accounts.
  • • Educate and consult clients on the transformative value of Airtable throughout the sales engagement and adoption phases. You will be expected to deeply understand and articulate how Airtable can drive significant business transformation.
  • • Demonstrate a wide array of potential use cases for Airtable, illustrating how the platform can address diverse business challenges and create value across various industries and organizational structures.
  • • Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications, prioritizing opportunities and maintaining a structured approach to engagement.
  • • Accurately forecast sales performance against targets, employing a combination of detailed deal-by-deal analysis and broader territory-level insights to ensure predictable revenue generation.
  • • Proactively identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their unique operational challenges and demonstrating how Airtable can serve as a powerful solution.
  • • Build a deep understanding of Airtable's product capabilities and its competitive advantages to effectively position it against alternatives in the market.
  • • Develop a consultative sales approach, enabling you to diagnose complex client needs and propose tailored solutions that drive tangible business outcomes.
  • • Maintain a high level of professionalism and executive presence, confidently engaging with and influencing senior leadership to secure buy-in and drive decision-making.
