  • • Own and execute the full sales cycle for Teamworks Strength & Conditioning across North American professional sports teams and National Governing Bodies (NGBs), from initial prospecting to closing deals
  • • Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of prospects within NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB franchises, and Olympic sports organizations such as USA Swimming and USA Track & Field
  • • Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities within the broader Teamworks Performance suite, including AMS, Nutrition, and EMR products
  • • Develop deep, trusted relationships with key decision-makers including strength coaches, performance directors, sports scientists, and athletic administrators
  • • Conduct customized product demonstrations that directly address real-world challenges in training periodization, load management, and performance data utilization
  • • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes involving athletics leadership, IT/operations, and performance staff with varying priorities and workflows
  • • Maintain accurate and disciplined pipeline management and forecasting using Salesforce to ensure reliable revenue projections
  • • Translate hands-on experience in strength and conditioning into credible, practitioner-led sales conversations that resonate with elite athletic environments
  • • Align product features with the operational realities of elite performance departments, demonstrating how Teamworks solutions improve coaching efficiency and athlete outcomes
  • • Represent Teamworks as a trusted advisor in the strength and conditioning space, leveraging firsthand knowledge of athletic training workflows to differentiate from traditional sales representatives
  • • Collaborate internally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and platform capabilities
  • • Stay current on evolving trends in sports performance technology, training methodologies, and athlete monitoring systems to maintain credibility and competitive insight
  • • Travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and conduct on-site demonstrations across North America

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Business, or a related field with hands-on experience in strength & conditioning, sports performance, or a related athletic performance discipline
  • • Deep understanding of training methodologies, periodization models, load management, and performance data used in elite athletics
  • • Proven ability to build relationships and navigate organizational dynamics within professional sports teams or National Governing Bodies
  • • Experience managing complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
