  • • Serve as an Account Executive within Perforce’s Application Testing sales team, supporting the development of sales expertise through hands-on experience in client-facing activities.
  • • Execute sales tasks aligned with established objectives, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals for Perforce’s application testing solutions.
  • • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their testing needs and position Perforce’s tools as strategic solutions.
  • • Collaborate with senior sales professionals to support complex sales cycles, gain mentorship, and contribute to resolving client-specific sales challenges.
  • • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.
  • • Adhere strictly to Perforce’s sales guidelines, compliance standards, and internal processes to maintain consistency and integrity in all client interactions.
  • • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with broader business goals and customer outcomes.
  • • Track and manage sales activities in CRM systems, accurately documenting interactions, pipeline progress, and forecast data to support team reporting.
  • • Participate in training programs and coaching sessions designed to develop proficiency in sales methodologies, product knowledge, and industry-specific testing trends.
  • • Contribute to team success by sharing insights, supporting peer learning, and actively engaging in collaborative problem-solving sessions.
  • • Represent Perforce at industry events, webinars, and client meetings to promote brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
  • • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Perforce’s Application Testing product suite, including Helix Core, Helix ALM, and other testing automation tools, to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • • Identify and pursue new market opportunities within assigned territories or verticals, adapting outreach strategies based on client feedback and market dynamics.
  • • Support the onboarding of new clients by coordinating with implementation and support teams to ensure smooth transitions from sale to delivery.
  • • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and consistent follow-up with prospects and customers.
  • • Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward learning, seeking feedback, and improving performance in alignment with Perforce’s culture of continuous growth.

  • • Proven ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • • Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
  • • Willingness to learn and apply sales methodologies in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
  • • Basic understanding of software development or application testing processes preferred
  • • Demonstrated drive to achieve personal and team sales goals
  • • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms
