- • Spreedly is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team and spearhead our growth in the UK market. - • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. You will act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, guiding them through the entire Spreedly sales cycle with a consultative and value-driven approach. Your primary objective will be to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas by developing and executing strategic sales plans tailored to each prospect's unique business needs and challenges.
- • The ideal candidate is a "hunter" with a demonstrable history of successfully closing complex SaaS contracts. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and possess a deep understanding of the enterprise software sales landscape. You are adept at navigating intricate sales processes, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and articulating the value proposition of sophisticated technology solutions.
- • You will be responsible for engaging in high-level business and technical discussions with a diverse range of contacts, including C-suite executives (CTO, COO, CFO), IT leaders, and procurement teams. Your ability to understand the buyer's journey, identify pain points, and demonstrate how Spreedly's platform can solve critical business problems will be key to your success. This requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate technical features into tangible business benefits.
- • Spreedly's product offering is designed to provide unparalleled connectivity and performance in the payments space. Key components include our robust Payment Gateway Integration, enabling seamless connections to multiple gateways and services; our secure Advanced Vault solution for tokenizing and storing payment data; intelligent Transaction Routing to optimize success rates and costs; and integration capabilities with leading Fraud Tools to enhance security. You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of these offerings and articulate their value in the context of a client's specific business model.

You will be expected to conduct thorough research on target accounts, understand their industry dynamics, and identify opportunities where Spreedly can deliver significant ROI. You will lead the sales process from initial prospecting and lead generation through to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties involved.
