- • As an Enterprise Account Executive for ElevenLabs in the UK and Ireland, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s enterprise revenue by targeting FTSE 100 and large-scale organizations, directly contributing to the mission of transforming how businesses interact with technology through cutting-edge AI voice solutions.
- • You will own the full sales lifecycle for new enterprise accounts, from initial outreach and discovery to negotiation and closure, while strategically expanding relationships within existing clients to drive multi-year, seven-figure contract value across industries adopting conversational AI.
- • Your day-to-day will involve researching and identifying high-potential enterprise prospects in sectors such as telecommunications, finance, media, and technology, leveraging market intelligence and competitive analysis to tailor outreach that highlights ElevenLabs’ unique value in voice-enabled customer experience, automation, and engagement.
- • You will conduct detailed discovery sessions with technical and business stakeholders—including product leaders, engineering heads, CX executives, and procurement teams—to uncover pain points and map ElevenLabs’ platforms (ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, ElevenAPI) to specific use cases like virtual agents, in-app assistants, content localization, and voice-driven workflows.
- • You will design and execute customized account strategies, including solution demonstrations, ROI modeling, and proof-of-concept planning, ensuring alignment with client goals around scalability, security, compliance, and innovation, while collaborating with solutions engineering and customer success to enable seamless onboarding and expansion.
- • You will act as a trusted advisor by staying ahead of generative AI trends, continuously educating clients on emerging capabilities in voice interfaces, multimodal AI, and conversational agents, positioning ElevenLabs not just as a vendor but as a strategic partner in their AI transformation journey.
- • You will operate within ElevenLabs’ high-velocity, AI-first culture, where autonomy, impact, and excellence are paramount—expecting you to iterate quickly on sales playbooks, leverage internal AI tools for efficiency, and contribute to a global team that values talent over location, all while maintaining the highest standards in client engagement and deal execution.
- • You will grow professionally by working alongside world-class researchers, engineers, and operators—including IOI medalists and ex-founders—gaining deep exposure to foundational AI models and enterprise GTM motion in one of the most valuable and fast-moving AI companies in the world.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, with proven success closing seven-figure deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- • Deep understanding of enterprise procurement, legal, and security processes, with ability to navigate and accelerate deal velocity in large organizations.
- • Experience selling technical solutions to product, engineering, and IT leaders, with strong ability to translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value and ROI.
- • Strong executive presence and comfort engaging C-suite and board-level stakeholders, building trusted relationships at the highest levels of client organizations.
- • Passion for voice and audio AI, with familiarity or eagerness to learn about generative AI, LLMs, and API-driven platforms, particularly as applied to customer experience and automation.
- • Ability to thrive in an early-stage, high-growth environment, including building new sales playbooks, iterating quickly, and operating with minimal bureaucracy.
