- ⢠As an Account Executive for the UK/I Mid-Market at ElevenLabs, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities with mid-market organizations adopting conversational AI technologies. Your work will directly contribute to ElevenLabsā mission of transforming how businesses interact with technology through breakthrough voice and audio AI solutions, helping enterprises unlock new user engagement, automation, and monetization at scale.
- ⢠You will build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across diverse industries, leveraging ElevenLabsā three core platformsāElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPIāto tailor solutions that address specific customer needs in customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and beyond. This involves end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing, while maintaining accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting.
- ⢠Day to day, you will identify and qualify new business opportunities by researching target accounts, understanding their strategic goals, and mapping ElevenLabsā conversational AI capabilities to drive measurable outcomes such as improved user engagement, operational efficiency, or cost reduction. You will conduct high-impact discovery calls and product demonstrations, articulating technical value propositions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- ⢠You will develop and maintain deep expertise in the conversational AI landscape, staying current on emerging trends, competitive solutions, and evolving customer use cases across industries. This includes continuous learning about voice and audio AI technologies, API integrations, and deployment best practices to position ElevenLabs as a trusted advisor rather than just a vendor.
- ⢠You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and customer success to gather feedback, influence product roadmap insights, and ensure seamless handover and adoption post-sale. Your role embodies ElevenLabsā āimpact not job titlesā cultureāyouāll take initiative beyond traditional sales boundaries to support customer success, product iteration, and market education.
- ⢠You will operate within ElevenLabsā high-velocity, AI-first environment, leveraging internal tools and AI-assisted workflows to move faster with higher-quality outcomes. This includes using AI for account research, call summarization, and personalized outreach, reflecting the companyās commitment to excellence everywhere.
- ⢠You will be part of a global, distributed team where talent is prioritized over location, enabling you to work flexibly while staying connected through regular virtual syncs, regional meetups supported by the social travel stipend, and the annual company offsiteāpast events have taken place in culturally rich locations like Croatia and Italy.

šÆ Requirements
- ⢠4ā6 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company, with preference for exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms
- ⢠Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- ⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and executive audiences
