- • Own end-to-end acquisition of small to medium enterprise customers within a defined UK territory, driving net-new business in a competitive cybersecurity and SaaS market.
- • Achieve consistent quarterly and annual sales quotas through a structured, measurable sales process with clear pipeline discipline.
- • Identify and develop net-new prospects using discovery calls, proactive prospecting, partner engagement, and industry events.
- • Manage 15–25 active sales cycles simultaneously, balancing short-term opportunities with long-term strategic pursuits.
- • Articulate clear business value and competitive differentiation of Arctic Wolf’s security solutions to both technical and executive audiences.
- • Partner closely with resellers, MSPs, and MSSPs to expand market reach and amplify pipeline generation across the UK.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with presales engineers, marketing, channel teams, and SDRs to maintain momentum and align on customer strategy.
- • Lead territory calls and serve as the primary relationship owner with prospects, quarterbacking internal resources through the entire sales cycle.
- • Utilize CRM and sales tools to track activity, forecast accurately, and maintain pipeline health with precision.
- • Apply a disciplined sales methodology, with familiarity with MEDDPICC preferred, to navigate complex enterprise buying processes.
- • Operate in a remote environment while maintaining strong communication and alignment with UK-based and global teams.
- • Contribute to scaling Arctic Wolf’s UK sales organisation by helping build a pipeline of high-impact enterprise opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of direct or channel sales experience with strong prospecting ability
- • Proven track record of consistent quota overachievement
- • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology sales motions
- • Experience working with UK channel partners (resellers, MSP/MSSP)
- • Ability to run a disciplined sales process (MEDDPICC familiarity preferred)
- • Solid proficiency with CRM and sales tools
