- • As an Account Executive for the UKI region at GoTo, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by connecting businesses with innovative cloud communications and collaboration solutions that simplify and empower daily operations. Your work will directly contribute to GoTo’s mission of leveraging practical AI and customer-centric innovation to deliver measurable value, making you a key contributor to the company’s market expansion and customer success in Ireland and the broader UKI territory.
- • On a day-to-day basis, you will build deep product expertise across GoTo’s Cloud Communications, UCaaS, CCaaS/CX, and ITSM portfolios while developing a qualified partner pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and timely follow-up on inbound leads. You will engage prospects via phone, email, and video to uncover business needs, articulate tailored SaaS value propositions, and guide them through the evaluation and purchasing process with consultative precision.
- • You will focus on securing early meaningful wins by advancing opportunities through the sales cycle to closed-won status, beginning to manage and grow a predictable book of business within your assigned territory. This includes maintaining strong pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting, and consistent activity levels to ensure steady progress toward individual and team quotas.
- • Acting as a trusted sales partner within your channel ecosystem, you will support partner enablement by providing training, resources, and strategic guidance to accelerate their revenue potential, while nurturing long-term relationships that foster mutual growth and loyalty to the GoTo brand.
- • You will contribute to the broader sales organization by sharing best practices, participating in team knowledge-sharing sessions, and upholding high standards of activity tracking, pipeline hygiene, and collaborative problem-solving to elevate collective performance.
- • Through this role, you will continuously refine your B2B sales fundamentals—including prospecting, qualification, objection handling, and negotiation—preparing yourself for future advancement into senior sales, team leadership, or specialized roles within GoTo’s expanding global sales organization.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1–1.5 years of experience in B2B sales prospecting through both outbound and inbound channels, with familiarity in identifying target customer profiles and understanding common business pain points.
- • Foundational knowledge of B2B sales processes, including pipeline stages, qualification methodologies (such as BANT or MEDDIC), and basic forecasting techniques to support predictable revenue generation.
- • Comfort and proficiency in engaging prospects via phone, email, and video conferencing, with a track record of working toward activity- or pipeline-related KPIs such as call volume, email outreach, or meeting conversion rates.
- • Understanding of how businesses evaluate and purchase software solutions, including the ability to clearly articulate SaaS value propositions, subscription models, and ROI-driven benefits to stakeholders.
- • Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and adapt messaging to diverse audiences across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
