  • As Plumerai's second Enterprise Account Executive in the US, you will report directly to the CEO, playing a pivotal role in our go-to-market strategy. This position is ideal for an individual who thrives in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments, possesses the agility to quickly master complex technology and market dynamics, and is eager to influence the company's strategic direction through direct engagement with prospects and customers.
  • You will be instrumental in scaling Plumerai's impact by winning significant enterprise clients, leveraging our rapidly expanding deployment base and world-class technical talent. Your responsibilities will include developing and nurturing strong relationships with existing prospects, serving as the primary point of contact for all new business opportunities, and identifying the critical steps required to successfully close deals.
  • Collaborating closely with the CEO and our product marketing lead, you will expedite the onboarding process for new customers. Post-sale, you will work diligently to expand customer adoption and usage of our innovative technology. A key aspect of your role will involve actively sourcing new leads through strategic outreach, participation in industry conferences, and other proactive business development activities, in close partnership with our marketing function.
  • You will be the crucial conduit for market intelligence, providing clear, analytical feedback from prospects and customers to the CEO, ensuring direct executive engagement with key organizations. Furthermore, you will act as the voice of the market within Plumerai, partnering cross-functionally with our product and engineering teams to inform product development and strategy.
  • This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our sales methodology. You will contribute to refining our sales playbooks, optimizing sales processes, and developing essential collateral as we scale our operations, making a tangible impact on the company's growth trajectory.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise software selling experience with a proven track record of closing deals valued at $100k+.
  • Must have prior startup experience, ideally as one of the first Account Executives, demonstrating an ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and build sales processes from the ground up.
  • Experience selling deeply technical solutions to a diverse audience, including engineers, VPs, and C-level executives.
  • Proven ability to independently build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Consistent track record of overachieving sales quotas.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • A technical background or strong understanding of AI/ML concepts is a significant advantage.
