  • • As a mid-market Account Executive at Supermetrics, you will be a pivotal player in driving the growth of our North American sales operations. This remote role offers a unique opportunity to shape the success of one of our most significant global markets. You will be instrumental in acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships, working in close collaboration with a dynamic team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Solution Engineers, and strategic Partners.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to own the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting through to closing deals. This involves clearly articulating the immense value proposition of Supermetrics' solutions to potential clients, demonstrating how our platform can transform their marketing data into actionable insights and drive tangible business results.
  • • A key aspect of this role is the proactive development and execution of a comprehensive territory strategy. You will be expected to not only meet but consistently surpass ambitious sales targets by identifying opportunities, understanding market dynamics, and implementing effective sales tactics.
  • • Collaboration is at the heart of this position. You will work hand-in-hand with internal stakeholders across marketing, customer success, partner management, and solutions engineering. This cross-functional teamwork is crucial for maximizing revenue generation and ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • • Maintaining meticulous records of all sales activities and customer interactions within Salesforce is a fundamental requirement. Accurate and up-to-date data is essential for tracking progress, forecasting, and informing future sales strategies.
  • • You will be responsible for responding promptly and effectively to inbound leads, engaging with prospects at various levels within an organization to understand their needs and identify opportunities for Supermetrics' solutions.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve qualifying leads to ensure they are a strong fit for our offerings. This requires a keen understanding of our product capabilities and the ideal customer profile.
  • • To generate and nurture leads, you will leverage a diverse range of channels, including targeted email campaigns, strategic cold calling, proactive social selling, and professional networking. Building a robust pipeline will be a continuous effort.
  • • You will conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations, meticulously tailoring them to the specific needs and pain points of each prospect. For more technical discussions, you will partner closely with a Solution Engineer to ensure all technical aspects are addressed comprehensively.
  • • Your ability to clearly and persuasively convey the benefits of Supermetrics' solutions will be critical in enhancing conversion rates and securing new business.
  • • You will employ a strategic approach to engaging with new accounts, targeting mid-to-senior level decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • • Thorough research into prospects' business needs, challenges, and objectives is paramount. This deep understanding will enable you to craft highly relevant and impactful outreach.
  • • Staying abreast of the latest industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in digital advertising and SaaS sales is essential for maintaining a competitive edge.
