- • As a Senior Account Executive at PIC, a proud member of the Fullsteam organization, you will be instrumental in driving the company's growth trajectory by specializing in new logo software and services sales. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your extensive sales experience to not only close complex deals but also to influence overarching sales strategies and mentor emerging talent within the team. You will be at the forefront of acquiring new business, focusing on mid-market and strategic accounts that represent significant growth potential for Fullsteam.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to proactively identify and engage potential clients. This involves a multi-faceted approach to prospecting, utilizing a range of channels including direct cold calling, targeted email campaigns, strategic networking at industry events, and leveraging professional social media platforms to build initial connections and generate interest.
- • A critical aspect of this role is conducting thorough needs analysis and discovery sessions with prospective clients. You will delve deep into understanding their unique business challenges, pain points, and overarching strategic goals. This deep understanding will enable you to expertly tailor software solution presentations and product demonstrations, ensuring they directly address the client's specific requirements with a distinctly customer-centric and value-driven approach.
- • Building and nurturing robust, long-term relationships with prospective clients is paramount. You will serve as their primary point of contact throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement to closing the deal, ensuring a consistent and positive experience.
- • You will be responsible for skillfully negotiating contract terms and pricing structures with clients. This will require close collaboration with various cross-functional internal teams, including legal, finance, and product, to ensure all agreements are compliant, mutually beneficial, and strategically aligned with company objectives.
- • Maintaining meticulous and accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities within the CRM system is essential for effective pipeline management and reporting. You will develop and diligently manage a robust sales pipeline, with the ultimate goal of consistently achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Leveraging sales dashboards and analytics will be key to understanding where to best focus your time and efforts for maximum impact.
- • Close collaboration with internal teams is vital for success. You will work hand-in-hand with leadership, marketing, product management, and customer success departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with broader company initiatives and to guarantee a seamless, integrated customer experience from pre-sales through post-sales support.
- • Staying abreast of the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving market developments is crucial. This knowledge will empower you to effectively position Fullsteam's solutions, differentiate from competitors, and provide valuable insights and strategic guidance to clients, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
- • You will be expected to provide regular, accurate sales forecasts, comprehensive reports, and timely updates to management. These communications should highlight progress against targets, identify any challenges or roadblocks, and proactively suggest opportunities for improvement or growth.
- • As a Senior Account Executive, you will also play a significant role in mentoring and developing junior members of the sales team. You will share your expertise, best practices, and insights, acting as a role model to support their professional growth and contribute to the overall success and development of the sales department.
- • The ideal candidate possesses a highly driven and self-motivated personality, characterized by a strong hunter mentality and an innate passion for understanding prospect needs, expertly matching those needs to compelling solutions, and consistently achieving ambitious sales targets.
- • A key competency is the ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and sales metrics to inform strategic decision-making and refine sales approaches.
- • Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, closing, and interpersonal skills are fundamental to building rapport, articulating value, and securing commitments.
- • Proficiency in negotiation and a proven ability to close deals effectively are non-negotiable requirements for this role.
- • Familiarity with core business management solutions and the capacity to rapidly learn new products are essential for effectively representing Fullsteam's diverse software offerings.
- • The ability to understand complex customer requirements and navigate intricate, multi-stakeholder sales cycles is critical for success in this role.
- • You must be able to work independently, effectively manage multiple competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- • Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for building and maintaining productive relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders across various departments.
- • Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is expected, along with demonstrated experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce, and proficiency in other relevant sales tools and technologies.
- • A fast and adaptive learning approach, coupled with a commitment to staying current with the latest technology and market trends, is highly valued.
- • A results-oriented mindset, driven by the achievement and consistent exceeding of targets, is a core attribute of successful candidates.
