- • Serve as a consultative Account Executive responsible for driving sales and growth within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry across Viseven Europe AG’s client base.
- • Leverage deep expertise in omnichannel pharmaceutical engagement to guide clients on integrating commercial, marketing, medical, and digital teams into cohesive, modern digital strategies.
- • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with top 100 pharmaceutical and life sciences companies, aligning Viseven’s end-to-end software and digital marketing solutions with client objectives.
- • Conduct high-level enterprise discussions with decision-makers across pharma organizations to understand pain points and position Viseven’s services as strategic enablers of digital transformation.
- • Collaborate with internal teams including business analysis, project management, and delivery to ensure client solutions are tailored, scalable, and aligned with evolving industry standards.
- • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure, with a focus on consultative, outcome-based selling rather than transactional transactions.
- • Stay current on trends in digital engagement, AI adoption, and regulatory dynamics within the global pharmaceutical sector to maintain credibility and provide forward-looking insights to clients.
- • Represent Viseven at industry events, client meetings, and strategic forums to build brand authority and expand the company’s footprint in key markets.
- • Work autonomously in a results-driven environment with minimal bureaucracy, focusing on delivering measurable impact through client success and long-term partnerships.
- • Support the expansion of Viseven’s commercial presence in Europe and globally by contributing to regional growth strategies and market intelligence gathering.
- • Maintain a thorough understanding of Viseven’s portfolio of software and digital marketing services and articulate their value in the context of pharma-specific use cases such as HCP engagement, patient support programs, and compliance-driven digital channels.
- • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders across pharmaceutical organizations, including commercial leads, medical affairs, digital innovation teams, and C-suite executives.
- • Utilize CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track pipeline progress, forecast revenue, and report on key performance indicators tied to account growth and client retention.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by helping them rethink how their organizations operationalize digital engagement, optimize omnichannel workflows, and adopt AI-driven tools in a compliant and effective manner.
- • Partner with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and retention of new clients, reinforcing Viseven’s reputation for excellence in pharma-focused digital transformation.
- • Contribute to the development of sales collateral, case studies, and industry-specific messaging that reflects Viseven’s leadership in serving the top 100 pharmaceutical companies worldwide.
- • Operate within a global organization with physical offices in Poland, Ukraine, Estonia, India, and the US, engaging with international clients and cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- • Demonstrated expertise in omnichannel pharmaceutical engagement strategies and digital marketing in regulated environments
- • Track record of successfully selling complex B2B software or digital services to enterprise-level pharmaceutical clients
- • Strong ability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders including commercial, medical, and digital teams within pharma organizations
