You will serve as the primary strategic and operational partner for a portfolio of clients, translating their business objectives into tangible growth and measurable success on TikTok Shop.
  • • Your core responsibility will be to own the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on goals, performance metrics, and evolving needs. This involves proactively engaging with clients, understanding their unique challenges and opportunities, and providing strategic guidance rooted in platform expertise and data-driven insights. You will be the trusted advisor, ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and confident in Darkroom's ability to drive their business forward.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves driving performance execution. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Strategy, Creator Management, and Paid Media specialists, to orchestrate the entire lifecycle of TikTok Shop campaigns. This includes managing product seeding initiatives, facilitating affiliate activations, overseeing campaign rollouts, and implementing in-platform optimizations to maximize reach and conversion.
  • • You will be instrumental in monitoring and translating performance data into actionable strategies. This means meticulously tracking Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV), key performance indicators (KPIs), and affiliate outputs. Your ability to distill complex data into clear, concise insights will be crucial for informing client strategy, identifying areas for improvement, and proactively escalating any potential risks to ensure continuous progress and mitigate challenges.
  • • Operational command is paramount. You will be responsible for ensuring that all client deliverables, from creator briefs and product lists to content approvals and performance reports, are executed with exceptional accuracy and speed. This requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining Darkroom's high standards for quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • • A deep fluency in both TikTok Shop mechanics and creator dynamics is essential. You will leverage your understanding of how the platform operates, the nuances of creator partnerships, and the impact of algorithmic behavior to support smarter execution strategies and effectively educate clients on best practices and emerging trends. This knowledge will empower you to guide clients toward maximizing their presence and impact on the platform.
  • • Effective cross-functional coordination is key to success. You will work hand-in-hand with internal partners across Creative, Creator, Paid Media, and Strategy departments. Your role will be to ensure that all efforts are cohesive, integrated, and aligned towards achieving strong client outcomes. This collaborative approach ensures a unified strategy and seamless execution across all facets of the client's TikTok Shop presence.
  • • You will also play a vital role in account expansion support. By identifying emerging trends, recognizing potential gaps in current strategies, and uncovering new opportunities, you will help leadership develop upsell pathways and enhance the overall value delivered to each account. This proactive approach to growth is critical for both client success and Darkroom's continued expansion.
