- • The Account Management Professional - VSP is responsible for growing membership within existing accounts and managing business relationships with client accounts, playing a key role in expanding Humana’s specialty group benefits reach.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include representing Humana at employer open enrollment meetings, health fairs, and market events (both in-person and online), delivering effective presentations on benefit offerings, managing client relationships, and transporting marketing materials as needed.
- • This role is part of Humana’s Specialty Group Benefits Team, a Fortune 100 healthcare organization committed to improving health outcomes for millions through insurance and CenterWell healthcare services.
- • The position offers opportunities to develop strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills while gaining deep expertise in health benefit offerings and account management within a supportive, mission-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Florida Life and Health license
- • Strong knowledge of benefit offerings
- • Excellent written and verbal skills with ability to conduct effective presentations
- • Strong interpersonal skills
- • General computer skills including demonstrated experience with data entry
- • Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits
- • Ability to travel within the regional area, with preference for residence in Miami/Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach counties
- • Bilingual (Spanish and/or Creole) is a plus
