- • Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of B2B customer accounts for Prezzee’s digital gifting and payment solutions.
- • Convert Tier 1 inbound leads into active customers and establish them as long-term managed relationships.
- • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Prezzee’s product suite, including Smart Cards and co-branded offerings.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, fostering strong, trust-based relationships and serving as a trusted advisor.
- • Conduct regular check-ins and meetings to understand customer needs, priorities, and growth opportunities.
- • Deliver seamless onboarding experiences for B2B clients, including product demonstrations, platform education, co-branded card setup, and solution configuration.
- • Negotiate pricing, renewals, and commercial agreements to maximize revenue outcomes and align with customer objectives.
- • Establish, manage, and oversee account budgets, margin targets, and customer growth plans.
- • Proactively identify new business opportunities through customer relationships, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up.
- • Share customer insights, market trends, and qualified leads with the broader sales team to support pipeline development.
- • Collaborate with internal teams—including sales, customer care, product, tech, and delivery—to resolve issues and ensure exceptional client experiences.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including account updates, pipeline forecasting, and performance reporting.
- • Track account performance, customer activity, and KPIs to drive strong commercial outcomes and inform strategic decisions.
- • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and product improvement.
- • Demonstrate deep product expertise in digital gifting, rewards, loyalty programs, and co-branded solutions to confidently articulate value to clients.
- • Apply a commercially minded approach with strong financial acumen to meet sales, margin, and KPI targets.

- • Deliver product demonstrations and customer education sessions with clarity and impact.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in account management, sales, customer success, or business development, ideally within B2B, digital gifting, loyalty, rewards, payments, or technology.
- • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and grow long-term customer partnerships.
- • Experience converting inbound leads into active customers or managed accounts.
- • A commercially minded approach with strong financial acumen and confidence working to sales, margin, and KPI targets.
