- • As an Account Manager at Deliveroo, you will serve as the primary liaison between Deliveroo and key restaurant partners in Belgium, driving strategic partnerships that support the company’s mission to be the definitive food platform.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing and managing long-term strategic partnerships with 30-40 national restaurant brands, monitoring and analysing partner-specific KPIs, preparing and presenting performance reviews to senior stakeholders, increasing revenue from existing accounts through strategic consulting, and working cross-functionally to optimise partnership outcomes.
- • You will work onsite from Deliveroo’s Brussels office and spend time in the field visiting restaurant partners, ensuring operational excellence and win-win collaborations across Belgium.
- • Deliveroo is a fast-growing, innovative company expanding into Grocery, Editions, Signature, and Plus businesses, investing in new products and teams to achieve its mission of transforming how people think about food.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in B2B account management within the food delivery industry, sharpen your analytical and negotiation skills, gain exposure to senior stakeholders, and grow your impact by directly influencing partner performance and revenue growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of account management experience
- • Native or fluent in Dutch with good understanding of French and English
- • Strong analytical skills to analyse data and improve partner performance
- • Commercial acumen: ability to negotiate, anticipate sales discussions, and manage contractual and sales tool setups
- • Passion for food and restaurants, with a customer-centric mindset focused on operational excellence
- • Knowledge of the restaurant industry and comfort working in the field managing operational aspects
