Account Manager

📋 Description

• • As an Account Manager at Element451, you will own the full life-cycle of large, complex institutional partnerships in higher education, driving retention, renewals, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and upsell quota while serving as the primary point of contact for key strategic accounts.
• • Day to day, you will foster strong client relationships, lead project execution with Customer Success Managers and Engagement Strategists, oversee contract implementation, conduct discovery sessions for platform optimization, and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• • Element451 is transforming how colleges and universities engage, recruit, and enroll students through its AI-powered, all-in-one CRM and Admissions Marketing Platform (AMP), a scalable, data-driven solution designed for modern higher education institutions.
• • In this role, you will develop strategic account plans, provide consulting on student engagement workflows, optimize platform usage, build Managed Services playbooks, and grow your expertise in enterprise SaaS account management while making a measurable impact on customer success and revenue expansion.
