Account Manager

📋 Description

• • As an Account Manager at Tillo Limited, you will support delivery across the growing APAC region by managing client accounts and ensuring reliable, high-quality service delivery in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
• • Day to day, you will own the management of a portfolio of APAC client accounts, prepare performance updates and reporting, coordinate campaigns and promotions, act as a primary point of contact for client queries, resolve support requests independently, work cross-functionally with product, operations, and finance teams, support onboarding activities, partner with the Head of APAC on regional priorities, track progress on key activities, identify opportunities to improve client engagement and retention, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate daily with global teams across APAC, the UK, and the US.
