Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the full sales cycle for digital-manufacturing solutions across North America, targeting process-manufacturing giants in Food & Beverage, Chemical, and Pharmaceutical verticals. You will quarterback multi-million-dollar pursuits— from first discovery call to signed contract— while consistently exceeding annual revenue and margin targets.
- • Build and execute strategic account plans for a portfolio of Fortune-500 manufacturers with revenues >$500 M. Map decision-makers, white-space opportunities, and competitive threats; refresh plans quarterly to keep every initiative aligned with corporate digital-transformation roadmaps.
- • Cultivate C-suite and plant-level relationships that turn single-project wins into long-term partnerships. Schedule quarterly business reviews, host executive briefings, and become the trusted advisor who clients call before they even write an RFP.
- • Collaborate daily with pre-sales architects, data scientists, and delivery leads to craft tailored proposals that blend AI, MOM/MES, simulation, and SCADA technologies into measurable ROI stories. Translate complex technical capabilities into board-ready business cases.
- • Partner with marketing to design vertical-specific campaigns— webinars, whitepapers, trade-show keynotes— that position Engineering Industries eXcellence as the thought leader in digital manufacturing. Track campaign MQL-to-SQL conversion and refine messaging based on field feedback.
- • Prospect and close new logos by running disciplined opportunity funnels: identify triggers (new plant builds, regulatory changes, M&A), qualify with MEDDICC, orchestrate proof-of-value pilots, and negotiate enterprise license agreements that scale across global operations.
- • Maintain 35 % travel to plant floors and corporate HQs, walking production lines at 5 a.m. to understand batch-recipe bottlenecks, then presenting AI-driven optimization scenarios to the COO at 2 p.m. Your travel schedule is self-managed and supported by a fully remote back-office team.
- • Stay ahead of industry trends— ISA-95, CFR 21 Part 11, NIST cybersecurity frameworks— so you can challenge clients with insights they have not yet Googled. Publish LinkedIn articles and speak at industry forums to amplify your personal brand and the company’s market presence.
- • Champion customer success post-sale by feeding real-world performance data back into product roadmaps, ensuring renewals, expansions, and glowing references that fuel the next wave of growth.
- • Leverage Salesforce, Tableau, and HubSpot to maintain pristine pipeline hygiene, forecast within 5 % accuracy, and provide executive dashboards that guide quarterly board decisions.
