  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients across retail, hospitality, lodging, gaming, sports and entertainment, foodservice, education, healthcare, and financial services industries.
  • • Ensure client success through consistent, proactive communication, regular check-ins, and strategic guidance on leveraging the FreedomPay Commerce Platform.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, security, and support teams to resolve client issues, drive feature adoption, and align platform capabilities with client business objectives.
  • • Monitor client health metrics and usage patterns to identify at-risk accounts and implement retention and expansion strategies.
  • • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing insights on payment security, identity management, and data analytics features within the FreedomPay platform.
  • • Facilitate onboarding processes for new enterprise clients, ensuring smooth transition and rapid time-to-value on the unified, global technology stack.
  • • Maintain deep knowledge of FreedomPay’s PCI-validated Point-to-Point Encryption with EMV standards and other security-compliant solutions to effectively communicate value and compliance benefits.
  • • Partner with sales and account management teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client usage, growth, and evolving needs.
  • • Document client feedback and product requirements to inform product roadmap decisions and enhance platform functionality for enterprise users.
  • • Deliver quarterly business reviews and success reports to clients, highlighting ROI, system performance, and strategic recommendations.
  • • Manage escalations promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention across a global customer base.
  • • Represent FreedomPay’s brand by embodying a customer-first mindset and maintaining a reputation for reliability, technical expertise, and responsiveness.
  • • Work within a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a business casual culture that values innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
  • • Support global clients across multiple continents using FreedomPay’s single, unified technology stack that enables consistent, repeatable experiences in-store, online, and on-mobile.
  • • Stay current on industry trends in payments, digital commerce, and enterprise security to provide forward-looking advice to clients.
  • • Contribute to the development and refinement of customer success playbooks, training materials, and best practices for the team.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role managing enterprise clients in technology or payments industries
  • • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with high touch and strategic oversight
  • • Strong understanding of payment systems, security standards (e.g., PCI, EMV), or SaaS platforms
  • • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with C-level and technical stakeholders
