- • Execute end-to-end paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads to drive demand generation for a B2B SaaS company.
- • Implement and optimize campaign structures including ad groups, keywords, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize efficiency and ROI.
- • Monitor daily campaign performance, track budget pacing, and adjust allocations to ensure spend alignment with KPIs and quarterly goals.
- • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to identify high-performing variants and scale winning strategies.
- • Maintain rigorous campaign organization by naming conventions, tagging, and documentation to support cross-functional collaboration and reporting.
- • Collaborate with the demand generation team to align paid media efforts with broader marketing and sales objectives.
- • Utilize conversion tracking and analytics integrations to measure campaign effectiveness and attribute leads to specific channels and campaigns.
- • Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies and internal brand guidelines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
- • Respond swiftly to performance fluctuations by diagnosing issues such as declining CTR, rising CPC, or low conversion rates and implementing corrective actions.
- • Automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows to increase testing cadence and operational efficiency across paid channels.
- • Provide regular performance summaries and insights to the Head of Growth, highlighting key learnings, opportunities, and risks.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform updates, new ad formats, and algorithm changes across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn to leverage emerging capabilities.
- • Work remotely as part of a distributed team, maintaining consistent communication and alignment through digital collaboration tools.
- • Support lead generation initiatives by targeting ideal customer profiles through precise audience segmentation and retargeting strategies.
- • Partner with content and design teams to ensure ad creatives align with campaign messaging and brand voice.
- • Track and report on key metrics including cost per lead, click-through rate, conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
